Temporary Deposit of Signs

AT THE TIME OF FILING THE PLATES REQUIRED:

α) The vehicle shall be kept in a closed and fenced area, the exact details of which I will indicate when completing the online application for immobilisation of my vehicle.

b) I will not drive the vehicle, after the date of immobilization, knowing that if the vehicle is found, by the competent control bodies, to be circulating or bearing plates while parked, the immobilization will be lifted, the registration fees and their late payment fine will be imposed, as well as an administrative fine 10. 000 euros or, in the case of a repeat offence, 30,000 euros and, by decision of the legally competent body, the driving licence of the owner or holder of the vehicle shall be withdrawn for three (3) years
