v.The user understands and accepts that by using the services of kep-online.gr he/she may be exposed to content that is offensive, immoral or illegal. Under no circumstances can kep-online.gr be held responsible for any error or omission in any content or for any damage or loss that may arise from the use of any content posted, sent, transmitted or otherwise made available by users on the services of kep-online.gr. In the event that kep-online.gr receives notice that any content causes damage to a third party, it reserves the right to proceed to the immediate deletion of this content and at the same time to terminate the operation of the account of the user who violates the terms of this document.

Posting, publishing, sending, transmitting, transferring or using any other method to install and/or promote and/or distribute content containing digital viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the operation of any software or computer or telecommunications equipment.
Interference with the services or disruption of the services or servers or networks connected to the services of kep-online.gr, or violation of the conditions, procedures and rules of use of these networks; violation of any national, European, international legislation concerning and/or covering any of the services of kep-online.gr.
The user of kep-online.gr understands and accepts that he/she retains the exclusive responsibility to compensate the Company and its partners for any legal dispute that may arise between him/her and third parties due to the content that he/she makes available for posting, publication, or other transfer through the services of kep-online.gr.
6. ADVERTISING NEWSLETTERS - PROVISION OF A LICENCE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES
The Company has no responsibility for the user's communication with the third party service providers advertised on kep-online.gr and for any commercial transaction that may arise from the relationship between them. The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection policy followed by the advertisers on this website during their transactions with the users of these services.
The user who is interested in advertising on kep-online.gr, in order to obtain all the information necessary for this, must send a request and obtain express permission from the Company. The use of the services of kep-online.gr for commercial solicitation of customers by users of kep-online.gr for the use of other services is not permitted without prior specific permission from the Company.
The user who makes use of the services of kep-online.gr to post and/or publish information, data, texts, graphics, photographs, images, pictures, music files, videos, messages, gives permission to the Company, for the period of time that this content is part of the services of kep-online.gr, to use the space where the content has been posted for advertising purposes. Also, the user who posts and/or publishes information, data, texts, graphics, photographs, images, pictures, music files, videos, messages consents to the posting and/or publication of advertisements by kep-online.gr on the relevant pages/services.
7. RETURNS
You have the right to return the products purchased within 14 calendar days and request their replacement or refund!
As part of our actions for the COVID-19 Coronavirus and to facilitate the return of your order, we extend the return time to 30 days for all orders with a delivery date up to March 31, 2020, as evidenced by the delivery receipt of the shipping company.
ATTENTION: The returned products must be in the condition in which they were sent by kep-online.gr and received by the customer, complete and without damage. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Specifically, returns on Underwear, Swimwear, Socks and Grooming Products are accepted provided that they have not been used and the protectors have not been removed. Shoes must be tried on a clean floor or carpet, as the sole must be un-soiled for the return to be accepted. The shoe box should also be adequately protected on return to prevent any damage.
RETURN COST
The first return as well as the first replacement is FREE for shipments within Greece using our partner company Courier!
For Cyprus and abroad, the cost is borne by the customer and can be carried out with any shipping company the customer wishes!
In case of a second return regarding the same order, the costs for the return and pick up of the order will be covered by the customer.

3. Send your parcel for FREE (valid only for Greece)

RETURN OF MONEY
In case you do not wish to be replaced with a new product, the refund process is done within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return in our warehouse and is extremely simple as long as you inform us by phone at 2651302000 or by email at info@kep-online.gr.
The refund will be made to the original means of payment, unless you selected cash on delivery as a method of payment at the time of purchase. The refund in this case will be made via a deposit to the customer's bank account.
The customer must inform kep-online.gr via email at info@kep-online.gr of his/her account number (IBAN), the bank where he/she keeps the account and the name of the beneficiary as it appears on the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number should be the same person as the one selected in the invoicing details and indicated on the purchase receipt.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions and any modification thereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. If any provision is deemed invalid or void, it shall automatically cease to apply, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms and conditions.
