Delivery Information

MEANS OF DISPATCH

All orders are shipped within Greece with a partner company Courier and deliveries are made daily Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.

For orders worth 50€ and more, shipping is Free in Greece.

For orders under 50€, the cost of shipping to Greece is XX,xx€.

DELIVERY TIME

Upon completion of your order (*), the shipment is carried out in 1 to 3 working days.  (Unless otherwise indicated on the product page.)

Delivery is usually made the next working day.

For areas identified as "hard to reach" by the courier, this time may vary. 

In any case, we will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible, even earlier than the specified time limits!

(*) For orders placed by bank deposit, the payment of the money must be confirmed by the bank.

COST OF SHIPMENT

GREECE: For orders of value XX€ and more, shipping is FREE, otherwise the cost of shipping is 3,5€.

CYPRUS: For Standard shipments the cost of shipping is XX€.

*The prices quoted include VAT. 

**The above list is indicative and there may be additional charges for extremely bulky items. You will be informed of the exact cost of shipping during the order completion process.

***If the country to which the products are shipped and delivered is outside the European Union, there is a possibility that you may be required to pay customs duties and/or other charges by the relevant authorities. The Company cannot in any way control these charges and in no way can the Company inform Customers of the costs involved. In such cases, the Customers shall bear the relevant costs. The company shall not be liable or have any obligation to cover or reimburse these costs.
